To understand clinicians' views on food and eating within the context of eating disorders, focus groups were conducted with clinicians directly involved in patient treatment. Thematic analysis served to pinpoint recurring patterns within the collected data samples.
Five distinct themes were discovered through the thematic analysis: (1) the conceptualization of healthy and unhealthy food, (2) the utilization of calorie counts as a decision-making tool, (3) the role of taste, texture, and temperature in food selection, (4) the prevalence of hidden ingredients in food products, and (5) the complexity of managing excessive food intake.

Incident reporting systems (IRSs) are utilized for identifying patient safety vulnerabilities through the reporting and analysis of safety incidents (SI). The CPiRLS, an online IRS for chiropractic patient incidents, launched in the UK in 2009, has subsequently been licensed by members of the European Chiropractors' Union (ECU), Chiropractic Australia, and a research group based in Canada. Examining SIs submitted to CPiRLS over a decade, this project primarily aimed to pinpoint significant areas for enhancing patient safety practices.
